Sheffield has lots of easily accessible trails, situated close to public transport that can cater for most levels of runner. They are perfect for those new runners just finding their feet, or if you are staying in a city centre hotel and don’t want to pound the pavement.
I can take you on a guided run out on a number of different length and difficulty of runs to meet your needs, from shorter than 5k to well over half marathon distance.
Once we’re done with the run, you could also book in for a massage as well to help offset any soreness.
