Whether you’re a seasoned runner preparing for your next event, someone looking to ease muscle tension, or a beginner aiming to build a consistent running habit, I’m here to support your journey in a safe, inclusive, and collaborative way.
My journey into massage therapy began in 2014 after experiencing the benefits of sports massage on a running holiday. Inspired by the positive impact it had on my own recovery, I trained at The Sheffield Centre for Massage Training and earned a Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage in 2016. Since then, I’ve been providing massage therapy designed around each client’s lifestyle and needs.
Alongside massage, my passion for running and supporting others led me to become a qualified UK Athletics Run Coach (LIRF and CIRF). I enjoy working with runners of all levels, helping them set achievable goals, improve their technique, and enjoy the sport more through personalised coaching.
Why the “Rock”? I also enjoy Rock Climbing and Bouldering and intend to add a Rock Climbing Qualification to my skill set at some point in the future!
