- Gift vouchers can only be redeemed once
- They can be transferred, either forwarded via an email or printed and handed in at redemption
- They cannot be refunded for cash or redeemed for anything other than a service received at Rock Run Relax
- They can be used as part payment for a more expensive service
- Multiple gift vouchers can be used together for a more expensive service.
- There will be no refund for a partially redeemed voucher/vouchers
- There is no time limit to the use of a certificate (although I’d prefer within a year!)
