I stumbled across this podcast a couple of days ago and it’s pretty good! It’s a short daily podcast, answering a runners voicemailed question each episode. So far I’ve listened to:
- Ep. 1 Will my cadence change for easy runs verses faster runs (which included a good description of how to measure and increase your cadence, and why that is a good idea!
- Ep. 2 How do I adjust my running plan after an injury?
- Ep. 3 How do I train for a downhill race?
